We dispatch wholesale orders six days a week from our Accra warehouse. Cut-off for same-day dispatch is 2:00 PM GMT; orders placed after this are picked the next business day.

How dispatch works
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are packed and dispatched the same business day.
- Greater Accra deliveries use our own vans; regional deliveries go via VIP, STC, or bonded courier partners.
- You receive an SMS with the waybill / driver number once your order leaves the warehouse.
- Cartons are sealed and bound; please count and inspect before signing the delivery note.
Pickup option
Free self-pickup is available at our Spintex Road warehouse, Mon – Sat, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Call ahead so your order is staged at the loading bay.
