1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of stockupgh.com (the “Site”) and any orders placed with StockUpGH Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Ghana with registration number CS-04XXXXX. By placing an order you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Our Site is intended for business customers (retailers, distributors, caterers, and institutional buyers). You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to transact on behalf of your business. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Pricing & availability
All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and are inclusive of VAT, NHIL, and GETFund levies unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. We list real-time stock, but in the rare case of an oversell we will contact you within one business day to amend, refund, or substitute.
4. Orders & contract formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email or SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any funds received are refunded in full.
5. Payment
Accepted methods are listed on our Accepted Payment Methods page. Goods remain our property until full payment has cleared. Late settlement on approved credit accounts attracts interest at 2% per month on outstanding balances.
6. Delivery & risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address on the order, or upon collection from our warehouse. Lead times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. traffic disruption, weather, courier strikes). 7. Inspection, returns & refunds
Inspect goods on delivery and note any shortages or damage on the waybill before signing. Claims for short delivery or visible damage must be raised within 48 hours. Unopened, undamaged goods in original cartons may be returned within 7 days at our discretion; perishables and clearance lines are non-returnable.
8. Warranties & liability
We warrant that goods meet the description on the Site and are free from material defect at the time of delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is capped at the value of that order, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit or business interruption).
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including product images, copy, logos, and the StockUpGH brand — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without prior written consent.
10. Data protection
We process personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order and operate the business; we do not sell your information to third parties.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time you place your order.
