Accepted Payment Methods

All the ways you can pay for an order — mobile money, bank transfer, card, and cash on delivery.

All wholesale orders are billed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS), inclusive of VAT where applicable. A VAT-compliant invoice is issued with every dispatch.

Mobile Money

Settles: Instant

MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money. Send to merchant ID 712843 (StockUpGH Ltd). Reference your order number on send.

Bank Transfer

Settles: Same / next business day

GCB, Ecobank, Stanbic, and Absa. Account details are issued with your pro-forma invoice. Recommended for orders above GHS 5,000.

Card

Settles: Instant

Visa and Mastercard via our Paystack checkout. 1.95% processing fee passed through on card orders.

Cash on Delivery

Settles: On delivery

Available in Greater Accra only, on orders up to GHS 3,000. Exact change preferred; please confirm with the driver before unloading.

Credit terms

Approved trade accounts may pay on Net 14 terms. To apply, email a copy of your business registration and last two months of bank statements to credit@stockupgh.com. Reviews take 3 – 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled or short-supplied orders are returned to the original payment channel within 5 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 1 – 2 days to clear.
