Ordering & Pricing
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. We trade wholesale only, so we verify each buyer before the first dispatch. Sign up takes about two minutes and account approval is usually same-day.
Is there a minimum order value?
Our minimum is GHS 500 per order across all categories. Free delivery thresholds vary by region — see our Delivery Information page.
Are your prices wholesale or retail?
All prices shown on the Site are wholesale and inclusive of VAT. Volume discounts apply automatically on selected SKUs from one full carton upward.
How do I know stock is really available?
Stock levels on each product page are live, updated when an order is confirmed. If a SKU does oversell, we contact you within one business day to amend, refund, or substitute.
Can I get samples before placing a large order?
Yes. We send up to three sample units per SKU at cost; postage is added at checkout. Sample value is credited back on your next order above GHS 5,000.
Delivery & Pickup
How long does delivery take?
Greater Accra orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same business day or the next morning. Regional delivery takes 1 – 5 business days. Full breakdown on our Delivery Information page.
What if I receive damaged or short-supplied goods?
Note the issue on the waybill before signing and let us know within 48 hours. We replace damaged stock on the next dispatch run or refund at your option.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes — pickup is free Mon – Sat, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM at our Spintex Road warehouse. Call ahead so your order is staged at the loading bay.
Do you ship outside Ghana?
Not directly. We can hand goods to your nominated freight forwarder in Accra or Tema port; you handle export documentation.
Payment & Invoicing
Do you offer credit terms?
Yes, on approved trade accounts (Net 14). Email a copy of your business registration and recent bank statements to credit@stockupgh.com to apply.
How do I get a VAT-compliant invoice?
A VAT invoice is attached to every confirmed order. If you need it reissued or addressed to a different entity, email accounts@stockupgh.com with your order number.
